Refund Policy

We want you to feel sure about every Pikora piece. If something doesn’t work for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, in line with Codice del Consumo Art. 52.

1. Return window

14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

2. Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags & packaging, in re-sellable condition (no perfume, makeup, animal hair).

3. How to start a return

  1. Email contact@pikora.it with your order number and items to return.
  2. We confirm and provide the return address.
  3. Pack securely and ship with a tracked service.

4. Return shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund timeline and method

We notify you within 3 working days of receiving the return and refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping where applicable) to your original payment method within 10 working days. Banks may take 3–7 additional working days.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@pikora.it with photos. We will replace or refund — including return shipping — at no cost.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order.

8. Sale items

Sale items follow the same return policy unless marked “final sale” at checkout.
