These Terms of Service govern your use of pikora.it and the purchase of products from it. The Site is operated by Erebouni Khachik, Ditta Individuale, trading as Pikora. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Pikora.

3. Products and pricing

Prices on the Site are shown in Euro or in your local currency. Prices for European customers include the applicable Italian VAT (22%). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout — see our Shipping Policy.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was displayed incorrectly, or fraud is suspected.

5. Payment

Payment is processed via Shopify Payments / Stripe under PCI-DSS standards.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw under Codice del Consumo Art. 52. See our Refund Policy. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by Erebouni Khachik or used under licence. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

9. User-generated content

By posting about Pikora (e.g., tagging @pikora.italia, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for promotion.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operations, or scrape substantial parts.

11. Limitation of liability

Pikora's total liability for any order is limited to the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory consumer rights under the Codice del Consumo are unaffected.

12. Force majeure

Pikora is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction. For non-consumer disputes, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.

Under EU Regulation 524/2013, you may submit a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Changes

Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
